Wall-mounted jib crane
A slewing jib fixed to a load-bearing wall or column, so it occupies no floor space. It serves a half circle rather than a full one. The decisive question is the capacity of the connection: wall or column have to take the full tipping moment, which with aerated concrete, sandwich facades and retrofitted anchors rarely works without structural evidence.
