Turning device
A lifting attachment rotating a part about a horizontal axis – usually by 90 or 180 degrees. The quality of a turner is decided by where the axis sits relative to the centre of gravity and by its damping: a well-sized turner moves with two fingers and stays put in any intermediate position, a badly sized one pulls and has to be held.
