Vacuum generator
The unit generating the vacuum – as an ejector from compressed air or as an electric vacuum pump. Ejectors are small, low-maintenance and instantly available but need a constant air supply; pumps are more economical in continuous duty. The safety-relevant point is the same either way: reservoir, check valve and warning device, so the load does not drop immediately on failure.
