Manual Handling Regulation
The German regulation on the manual handling of loads. It obliges the employer to avoid manual handling where it presents a risk and, where it is unavoidable, to provide suitable means. It deliberately names no weight limit: what is assessed is the whole of load, posture, frequency and execution conditions.
