Gripping technology
Everything that sits between the unit and the load. Four working principles are distinguished: vacuum, friction via clamps, form fit via the part geometry, and mandrel or hook. The choice of principle determines pick-up time, process reliability and the dead weight on the arm – and thus the success of the whole project.
