The rotator is the actual component
A vacuum lifter for glass consists of three parts that have to match: cup beam, rotation about the longitudinal axis and slewing about the vertical axis. The tilt from horizontal to vertical is the critical one: it must be damped and holdable in every intermediate position, not only at the end stops. We design it with a damped rotary drive and defined detents – so the fitter can let go at 60 degrees too and use both hands to align.
