The tipping movement is the process, not a side effect
A tipping unit that knows only two end positions does not solve this task. We design the tipping drive damped and infinitely variable, holding in any intermediate position. That lets the operator meter the flow: tilt slowly at first until the material breaks, then tip on evenly. At the end, defined end-position damping holds the light container – exactly where an undamped unit snaps through and throws the remainder out.
