The as-built, captured to the millimetre.
We scan buildings and objects in three dimensions – as a point cloud for later CAD work and as a realistic digital walkthrough. Captured once, the as-built is available to everyone involved.
With conventional surveying there is always one dimension missing – and someone has to drive out again. The 3D scan captures everything at once: walls, services, heights, slopes. Whatever is needed later can be taken off at the desk.
Millions of measured points produce a dimensionally accurate image you can design directly against. New plant sections fit first time – because they were planned against the real as-built, not against a drawing from 1998.
The same scan yields a walkable digital model. Planners, contractors and decision-makers see the same reality – no appointment, no travel, no misunderstandings.
Conversion, fire safety, letting, documentation, insurance: one scan serves many purposes. That is why it usually pays off by the second project.
