Assembly workstations
Typical in the automotive and supplier industry: parts are fed, positioned and joined ergonomically – without effort.
Compact power for vertical lifting.
A pneumatic lifting axis for fast, sensitive raising and lowering – as a column, rail or mobile version. In four capacity classes from 60 to 400 kg, the powerful building block for ergonomic handling.
No jib, no radius – the lifting axis works on the spot: pick up, raise smoothly to working height, set down. Where the path is short, this is the shortest.
Compact, fast lifting unit for safe vertical lifting.
As a column, in the rail system or on a mobile base plate.
Tool holder with ergonomic operation directly at the load.
Attach the load – the lifting axis takes the weight immediately.
Fast, stepless lifting by compressed air.
Move to the target position within the rail system.
Set down sensitively and precisely.
Typical in the automotive and supplier industry: parts are fed, positioned and joined ergonomically – without effort.
For metal and plastics processing: place workpieces safely into machines and fixtures, without reaching into the danger zone.
In logistics and consumer goods production: move boxes and containers sensitively – consistent output, spared backs.
In tool and mould making: guide heavy parts safely and position them precisely.
For dairy, beverages and meat: usable hygienically with a food-grade Rilsan coating.
In chemicals, coatings and pharmaceuticals (ATEX zones): approved and safe in the explosion-proof version.
All figures can be adapted to your process. Talk to us about an individual design.
Direct, tactile travel control at the handle.
Combines travelling and lifting in a single control.
Weighing the load directly within the handling process.
Flexible for individual process requirements.
Four capacity classes cover everything from light parts to heavy loads.
Lifting speed of up to 1,000 mm/s for short cycle times.
Column, rail or mobile – fits almost any layout.
Control, hygienic and explosion-proof versions to suit your process.
We design the unit individually for your process – from capacity and reach to the control system. Request a no-obligation quotation or the technical data sheet.
The I-GO ranges from 60 to 400 kg, each including the tool. What decides is the sum of part and gripper, plus whether joining happens vertically – there the rigid axis is clearly ahead of a rope.
Yes. Column, rail and mobile base plate are all possible. On a rail one unit serves several stations; from around three similar workstations that is usually cheaper than individual units.
The lifting axis is slim and needs little room above the load – its advantage over a rope hoist with the same stroke. Tell us the clear height and the stroke you need and we will say which version fits.
The zone is in the document. The equipment follows from it.
View ApplicationTwenty-five kilos are allowed. Eight hundred times twenty-five are not.
View ApplicationThe reach into the mould area is the most expensive of the shift.
View ApplicationAny crane can pick it up. The unit has to hit the shaft.
View ApplicationWhat cannot be cleaned will not be used.
