With higher temperatures, dynamic loads, wind and seismic loads, vibration, wide support spans and wherever spring hangers, expansion joints or viscous dampers are used, there is no way around an analysis. Near machinery and with pressure surges a resonance study is added.
Using modern calculation software we determine the optimal position of supports, anchors, sliding bearings and spring hangers. Stress analysis follows all common standards – for ferritic and austenitic steels, GRP and plastics.
Pressure and temperature load cases, test condition, upset case: every relevant condition is calculated and documented systematically. So everything is to hand at the next inspection.
