As-built drawings age faster than they are maintained. We bring your building drawings up to date – from 3D scans or on-site measurement – and keep them current through our change service.
A moved wall, a new opening, a converted server room – after five years no drawing is accurate any more. Anyone converting then plans on a false basis. We bring your drawings up to today's condition.
Whether we scan the building in three dimensions or measure it conventionally depends on size, access and required accuracy. Either way you end up with a drawing that matches the building – not the design from back then.
