Assembly workstations
Typical in the automotive and supplier industry: parts are fed, positioned and joined ergonomically – without effort.
Articulated reach meets weightless floating.
An articulated jib combined with the pneumatic Skyline rope balancer: a wide reach of up to 3 m, with the load floating weightlessly. Mounted on a ceiling trolley or suspended column – ergonomic and fast.
The articulated arm opens up the radius, the rope balancer takes the weight off the load. Wide reach and floating guidance in one – with nothing to hold against.
Suspension that positions the jib in the room.
Articulated arm with a radius of up to 3 m.
Pneumatic balancing unit keeps the load weightless.
Attach the load – the balancer takes the weight.
The load floats weightlessly at any height.
The articulated arm moves the floating load freely within its radius.
Set down sensitively and precisely.
Typical in the automotive and supplier industry: parts are fed, positioned and joined ergonomically – without effort.
For metal and plastics processing: place workpieces safely into machines and fixtures, without reaching into the danger zone.
In logistics and consumer goods production: move boxes and containers sensitively – consistent output, spared backs.
In tool and mould making: guide heavy parts safely and position them precisely.
For dairy, beverages and meat: usable hygienically with a food-grade Rilsan coating.
In chemicals, coatings and pharmaceuticals (ATEX zones): approved and safe in the explosion-proof version.

Direct, tactile travel control at the handle.
Combines travelling and lifting in a single control.
Weighing the load directly within the handling process.
Flexible for individual process requirements.
Articulated arm radius combined with weightless handling.
Up to 2,000 mm/s for high cycle rates.
The load floats – no lifting, no effort.
Control, hygienic and explosion-proof versions.

When you have to reach far out and lower deep. It combines the obstacle clearance of the articulated arm with the long stroke of the rope – the right answer for deep vessels and machines with a tall build.
The ceiling trolley travels on a rail and serves a line; the suspended column is fixed and slews. Which fits depends on whether several stations are served – and on what the roof will carry.
Only to a limited extent. The articulated arm absorbs lateral forces, but the rope at its end does not. For demanding joining tasks a unit with a rigid lifting axis is the better choice.
It is not the weight that forces two people. It is the area.

View ApplicationSix metres of steel is not a weight. It is a lever.
View ApplicationThe cylinder does not fall while being lifted. It falls while being tipped.
